1.The equipment in vacuum condition, through the winding mechanism structure ,foamed plastic pass through Sputtering coating zone which with 4pairs of target relative arrangement uniformity.
2.To coating Nickel for net polyurethane foam thin film of double side at the same. Changing its physical properties from insulation to electric conduction
3.Replace the target and the substrate is available to metalizing <metal, alloy>other coil material like:Fabric,Cloth,Platic material,Paper
